There are so many things wrong with it that I don't know where to begin; I really suggest you reach level 30 and learn the game before making guides. I'll give it a shot anyway:

No Flash, and you don't even explain why you don't take it in the guide. Some pro/con comparison of Flash with Ghost is important if you want to recommend it over Flash.
Banshee's Veil as the first item.
You purchase Wriggle's Lantern despite not being a jungler, and don't justify its usage in the guide body.
Your purchase order has 7 complete items in it. Only 6 item slots exist.
You level Demacian Standard four times in a row, which is impossible.
You purchase Infinity Edge instead of tank items on a champion whose role does not allow him to be a glass cannon DPS carry.
You take 21 points in the offense tree without Executioner or even the basic Weapon Expertise
Your ability explanation is basically a copypaste of the LoL Wiki. People reading your guide doesn't learn anything from it that they don't already get by mousing over the skill icons.
You don't actually ever explain how to play the champion. Your guide, as it is right now, is nothing more than a (mediocre) item build and skill order.
