like the idea of it and if you have all of it or most lategame you get pretty strong, but in early game it just sucks...

Maybe I had bad luck or so, but the blind doenst help u top lane often... played now 3 or 4 games, and most of the time I get something ap-based top or with high burst where you life-steal does not help.

1. time I did get crushed (hard counter) by a lee sin (dived into tower two-hited me dead and jumped out) * 5
2. singed, livesteal did not help I mean with maxing e I could have won, but q just does not that much damage and has a high cooldown but again the blind doesnt help at all

3. against a fiddle-stick, crushed the very good spell with basicly no cooldown, is to brutal

the biggest point is when I have some momentum the low e makes all my attacks worthless, singed even after poking him 10 times and my q did not die because of his ulti-heal.

U just cant kill somebody with the low e. And I dont get it, q doesnst scale not with your ad too so why max out q first, makes no sense to me.

another problem with only 1 point in e and no ap... farming is pretty hard with that build, I barely hold sometime my tower if I go seldom back to buy new stuff.

If you play AD teemo, I don't understand why you don't take AD Masteries instead of AP, and why you take Frozen Maillet AND Frozen Heart choose one and take a Zephyr or Statikk Shiv... More over, if you play AD Teemo (AP teemo is the same thing...)take your Toxic Shot to do impact damages and more damages, becaus Blinding Dart have a very important cooldown.
