It is just an example of a build but I didn't give more information that's true.
Yes last whisper is an important item but like u said when they got less than 100 armor that's not necessery to take it.

I don't give more information cause i think it's little the same with all the ADCs, the difference with lulu is her spells, she can support herself, and in 1vs1 her W is very usefull.

Done it on Gold 1 vs plat players and carried. However, your items are a mess: you never finish boots before finishing your first big item on any adc, it's freaking stupid. Start Blade of the Ruined King if you think you need the peel, Bloodthirster if you're fed or Infinity Edge if you're behind. Rush Trinity Force, then probably Last Whisper or Infinity Edge if you didn't get it yet. End with a defensive item or if you're not getting focused get a Phantom Dancer and you can sell boots for the other movement and attack speed item (the one that builds from stinger)

I'll just say that as an ADC last whisper is not a "viable item" it is a REQUIRED item. the only time you wouldn't buy it would be if nobody on the enemy team had less than 100 armor and thats realistically never going to happen. drop a bloodthirster and put the last whisper into your main build

Consider triforce? The early sheen works great on any character that spams their abilities when fighting <3
