A nice passive that lets Ryze keep up his spell casting for longer Temptation to actually start writing up some builds again
Gonna start with Renekton probably Buys LeBlanc finally as he works his way down his lists of champions. Starts carrying ranked and normals. Gets called a lamer for copying Reginald. Finds out Reginald has been playing LeBLanc. Fml. |

This passive comes in very handy. With it, you can Q -> W -> E then be able to Q again. This also applies to your ultimate's CD, so if you spam your abilities, you can ulti again within 15-20 seconds. Insert witty phrase here.
