Successive strikes against the same target deal 25% of the damage, up to a maximum of 320 / 660 / 1000 (+2.4 per bonus attack damage) physical damage on a single target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.Comments

Wouldn't they both be really good items? You would get the splash around them and the big magic damage hit on them (no not splashed). |

You can stack tons of Tiamats to deal thrice as much damage to the people around the target you're hitting :O ( applies with Ezrael's Q) |
