Greetings and Salutations to all my fellow Summoners and Welcome to another one of my blogs.

When I first started playing League of Legends I wanted to get better so much that I was running around forums seeking advice, I was picking at friends brains trying to get any form of tips from them...Just the general panic learning basically and yes I did at times get good suggestions of how to get better like watching videos to trying out a certain champion.

But I have to admit I have now discovered the best tip you can be given to become a better player - A simple thing that when you learn it fully will make learning how to play with or against any champion easier, will help with your item builds and will actually improve your teamwork 10 fold almost over night.

The best part is it is not even something that difficult to learn although to fully appreciate it you do need to have some of it in you to begin with...

PATIENCE

Yes that is right, Patience is the greatest thing you can ever learn in League of Legends or in fact in any game you have ever played - With Patience you can become more focused on your task, you can cope with sudden stresses much more easier and you will be able to keep your cool with your team mates and in turn help towards turning the game to your favor all because you had patience.

Now I know some people will say I am talking rubbish because I am a Bronze V player and you will be right in a sense because I am still not that great at the game but I can tell you that since I have started to learn a little bit more patience I have started to play alot better than I have ever before and more importantly those who have played with me before have noticed a positive change in my game play which is all good.

I am not saying Patience is the be all and end all either because you still need to practice and practice to gain experience but Patience is the key to getting there because you need to remember that you are not going to be good overnight at something, you may not be good after a week, month or even a year but you have to keep plugging away until the time comes that you are suddenly good at what you were trying to do.

I have friends that have told me in the past that they have been played 2 to 3 years and they have only just started to be as good as they are (and believe me they are really good) but the fact remains that that was about 2 years of practice to get to their levels and if you are going to practice that long then of course you need tons of PATIENCE.

And also as I said you will find that your teamwork skills will improve vastly if you are able to keep calm in bad situations - I know it's an easy thing to do to just start flaming the "bad player" but with a calm persona you can start to think more logically like whether they are up against a counter pick or maybe they mentioned they were new to this role/champion or even the game itself and maybe instead of flaming them you could be helping them to improve in game or even helping them out to get a few kills or clear their lane for them...After all anything is better than just flaming and looking like a right ****.

Finally I will say this, Patience is a key skill to learn both in the game and for real life, You can become as better a player as you would a person by simply having this in your arsenal and people around you will respect you more.

Thank you for reading my blog, I hope it was a good read.
