And i also dont understand why skarner is only tier 4 in the jungl:
He is my favorite jungler..yes he is sometimes flash ult reliant,but if you cach some1 walking into a brush where you are you can permaslow them and dont even use your ult.
His Q has a short cd and the permaslow,hiw W is a good sheeld,and i skill his E at lvl4(not at lvl3 becose of its manacost)so i can heal werry much for the dmg the other champions can do to me during my ganks wahyle i dont have my ult.
His pasive can help you keep your cooldowns werry low so you can gank often and ofc last but not least his R is much more easy to land then some other junglerskills, if targeting the right openents it becomes fast a 4 vs 5 teamfight in wich your team and you shod obwiusly win then if you have at least some skill.

Also, just a little question, but how do you judge Nunu is all this? I haven't played him in jungle durin season 3, how does he fare overall?
As we've seen in the Asian scenery, Lee Sin is a very potent jungler when mastered (InSec) and should probably be in tier 2, just out of 1 due to weaker late game than most other junglers.
