Sorry this is delayed, I haven't been playing that much and I should update since I've let the last patch settle down (ken/jayce nerfs)
Not much has really changed, but the list should be at least once a month...Don't ***** at me for not changing much.
Kennen is still a very dominant lane bully, but the nerf was significant and the tier list reflects it.

Very hesitant to put Ahri in T1, but with the recent lcs's, she's a high priority pick with lots of utility. Maybe she's T1, maybe T2, but if played well she is a T1 for sure. Charm has always been a ridiculous engage tool for a mage to have.

This matters a lot on what support you have, * Ezreal is now blue build ezreal, there is no longer a distinction. Corki may continue to climb if he is played a bit more. Draven nerfs really helped Vayne, as well as she's just always played, so...I think her laning phase is poor, but she has some of the highest dps and mobility (with bork) of all adcs, if not the highest.

Burst casters have been out forever. I just had him higher before because I like him. He's not very good, though. T3 isn't bad, though. He's in the same tier as zyra and kayle, and I love zyra and kayle mid.
I think Malphite jungle is as good as warwick at least. They function much the same, high sustain in the jungle, devastating level 6 ganks, but malphite clears slightly faster IMO and his level 4 ganks are way better.

Not everything makes the list. If you play it, play it. I don't play it and i don't see it, so it's not on the list
also i heard top lane karma has been getting a lot of play in higher elos from some red post on the forums about karma changes, is this true? if so where do you think she would be placed?
also leblanc support, ive been seeing it a lot in the featured games and the new changes look like it makes it work a bit better (no mana cost on ult anymore and ult doing a flat damage instead of %) is that something to put on the list?
What are your thoughts on moving him up?
As for nitpicking, you bumped up
I don't like shyvana. She's still hardcountered by knockback which is common. If her ultimate applied a slow or something when she landed, that would make her a bit more interesting.

I tend to disagree. Her utility is great off of her ultimate, but I still think her midgame might be the worst of any adc due to the fact that she doesn't really have any AD scaling or poke come mid game. Late game stomper

The reason I think the ahri pick translates well into solo queue is the same reason Zac translates well. Diamond level play is as close as you can get to 'professional level', even closer than challenger. The skill differential is greater between pro-diamond than pro-challenger, but the picks are more in line. I've always 'liked' ahri, and I had my run at her. After watching some LCS, it all came rushing back about how disgustingly OP charm is. My old skill build was Q-E-Q-W-Q-R-Q-E-Q-E-R, opting for a longer charm rather than higher burst. In the mexican standoff phase of teamfights, hitting someone important with a charm while poking at each other is a won teamfight. Also, if you hit a low priority target, it could wrap them up long enough for you guys to run past the enamored foe and make plays. It's just a great spell. I think Ahri can hang in T1, if you hit 80+% of her skillshots.
