Introduction

Alrighty, Brand is one of my personal favorite champions of League. He happens to be great late game, in my opinion, and unstoppable if fed. I normally go mid as Brand because he needs the minions. It's really easy to harrass early game with your Pillar of Flame and then at level two, if your lucky, you can get a kill with a Pillar of Flame into Sear combo, depending on how much you harrassed and how good the enemy is at dodging...

Runes

Completely personal preference. I don't know much about runes but if I could choose which ones to get, this would be it.

Masteries

Utility masteries are the best in my opinion on AP Casters.
The defense if for when you kinda squishy..

Items

The Will of Acients for Spell-Vamp
Rest for mainly AP
Not much I can really say...

Summoner Spells

Clarity is good for Brand because without massive mana regen or Blue Buff, he eats his mana for breakfast, and has none for lunch or dinner, if that makes any sense..
Ignite's not really needed because Brand's passive is like a Baby Ignite.
Flash, until it get's nerfed, is a good skill, however, once it is nerfed, I'd switch to Ghost instead.
