I also dislike how this guide wasn't posted after Ryze's remake. It was a remodel of the top nuker build, so it had high votes to begin with. Ryze's role was completely changed, and his itemization entirely redone, that should have called for a build to be made from scratch. :/

This is an uninteresting build, It just copy's from other builds for Ryze. Now in saying this I realize that is not a big deal, but the problem is, you do not improve on the other builds at all. In fact you go around and troll -1 builds that are better written, and play out better then your own.

Also why are you over 40% on CDR, or are you currently unaware that there is a 40% cap?

After your recent visit to my guide to provide insightful information I thought, as a fellow Ryze guide maker, I could only do the same.

You do realize of course the CDR cap is 40%, so why do you get 54%? You also of course realize that you can drop the CDR reduction utility mastery so why don't you? Though even if you did you would still be WASTING stats.

I also noticed you have no other recommended items, sad.

Edit: Although I saw you removing Deathcap, yay! Wonder where you got that idea from.

I disagree with deathcap, another Rod Of Ages is better for more mana, health and AP, and scales more with your q,w and gives Archangels Staff more AP anyways.
