I played it with Brand and is pretty amaizing, I had 27:10 score +1

It takes too long for Brand to get enough Ability power with this build, if you ask me..

I actually really like this build. I tend to switch out ignite for Exhaust, but it's a personal preference thing. The build order keeps my mana in shape (no need to get Clarity) while allowing me to mass damage through mid game. I drop off late game, but that's due to AP scaling, and I generally get fed anyway. Great build.
