I can't say I think this is an ideal Tiger build at all. AD Udyr gets huge benefits out of Madred's due to the increased survivability, AD, and AS, along with the proc that works well with Tiger because of the AS increase. Sheen/Trinity Force are also awesome for AD Udyr, why ignore them? Since you lane with Udyr, the added mana from Sheen helps, too. Dagger is also a bad starting item for Udyr if you ask me. This build recommends you play either very passively or very agressively during the laning phase, but AS is really only good if you attack for a sustained amount of time (i.e. Udyr late game), so using Bear and running back really reduces its effectiveness. Aside from that, Warmog's is really inefficient for the cost and you'd be better off getting a Banshee's/Randuin's.
