I do the same runes (sometimes switch to other runes) and almost the same build! And as for the skills, you are the first I witness to build the W first, but I build the E before Q in my last games as it reduces the huge mana cost and it slows enemies more. Nice guide btw!

Sorry my dude, i just updated all of my guides after taking a long break. A lot of things have changed meanwhile, i couldnt even remember how the meta was in the past haha

Thanks for the guide! I think these runes are the best, even though lots of people take sorcery as secondary.

But i didn't understand this tip:

I know it has something to do with reducing W cooldown, but does it make difference if you auto someone before pressing it or after? Wouldn't the Love Tap be on the same person either way?

Hey, sorry for my late Answer.
I guess my english is just not good enough to explain some things good enough.

I can try to explain you what i mean with this tip.
for example; if you have an auto attack reset like renekton W or Camille Q you can save time and increase your DPS when activating the ability instantly after an auto attack.

increasing the attack speed works kinda like in the same way, but not that efficient like resetting the animation completely. the duration you have to wait before you are able to attack again scales with your attack speed, so if you activate Miss fortune's W instantely after your auto attack you reduce your "auto attack cooldown" by a bit. its not much and maybe not worth to mention but in fact it should be more efficient then just randomly active it.

Really nice guide! Havent really tried out Miss Fortune so I was curious when i came across this guide :P Really easy to understand and I'm looking forward to Playing her soon.
