This is a build i've been using for quite a while now. If you can get the right items and finish the build, you will be nearly unstoppable. The total damage for each basic attack will be over 1K.

The rune choices are quite simple actually. Damage and speed, while damage is important, the number of shots you shoot in a certaina ammount of time is just as important. An equal ammount of each is the best way to go.

The masteries are also just as important, mostly for an early game advantage. You want as much ad as possible, along with life steal and armor penetration. I also recomend advanced recall just because.

The items are specifically picked for the purpose of mass damage and attack speed, along with movement speed and critical %. Miss fortune is a very good champ, her passive is a large part of the reason why. She is extremely fast at getting back in lane, after dying, or going back for health, mana, and items. The berserkers greaves, give her a little movement speed bonus, along with a decent ammount of attack speed. Once you get to late game, is when u decide whether to keep the berserkers greaves, or get the third blood thirster. The blood thirster is mainly important for the massive ad increase, but it also gives life steal, which is very important when facing enemies who do massive ammounts of damage. The infinity edge gives you a big bonus in ad, a decent % of critical strike, and a very important unique passive. This passive makes your critical strikes do 250% damage instead of 200%. This is the backbone to your iK CRIT. The phantom dancers finish your crit chance, give u a big boost to attack speed, and give you a boost to movement speed as well. This build when completed gives your base attack over 1000 damage to everyone.

The skill sequence isnt tht important, but the w and e are the 2 of her abilities best for farming, and her w is also a good harass. This allows you to farm enemy minions, and get your build finished faster.

the best summoner spells are flash, and either ignite or exhaust. Because you are building alot of attack oriented items, you will be very squishy. With flash, you can get away so you dont feed the enemy team. Exhaust is also a good way to escape enemies, or fight them. I think ignite is better though, because it does some good damage, which helps early and mid game.

jungling as miss fortune is a big mistake, she is too squishy to survive neutral minion atts.

The best way to farm with this build is to last hit minions, while using abi.ities sparingly, to harass enemy champs. Her q is good for going through a line of creeps, to also hit an enemy champ. Her w is good for killing minions fast with the att speed increase, and the bonus magic damage dealt. Her e is a solo harass, it is not good to use on creeps, because it doesnt do enough damage to be worth it, but harassing with it is great because of the slow.
