I like to play defensively overall, so as Sivir I like to max Ricochet as soon as possible. This allows me to get some damage in on the enemy champion without getting too close. Sivir has a sweet ~10% passive which adds to the 40% you already have for a somewhat clean getaway if you need it. With your Ultimate, you should be able to reach attack speeds of about 2.5 - 3.5 Auto attacks per second. In a team ganking, your ricochet will tear apart the opposite team critting from ranges of 700-1100 with a rather nice 15% Lifesteal to add. This amounts to a range of 1700-3850 damage in one second. You will pretty much always crit at this point. The idea is to get all this damage in as fast as possible. If timed right your absorb is also very amazing for close moments where an ultimate may eat you. I've used it to FULLY absorb Ashes ultimate. If you have teammates with items like Starks Ferver, or even Nunus ability to increase a teammates attack speed, you can easily reach upwards of 4.5 attacks per second. The only down side to this is you will run out of mana very fast using ricochet as your main ability. That's ok though cause you can easily run back to the battlefield with 500 run speed. The end result of this build include, Berserkers Greaves, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Phantom Dancerx2, Infinitys Edge, and Hextech Gunblade. Feel free to comment and try your own tweaking. :)
