Can't say I support the guide, but everything in this post is just simply wrong. 19/11/0 masteries are quite strong on AD carries and aggressive AD tops, especially a vulnerable ADC like Vayne (though you might want to get another point into Sunder ). Silver Bolts works quite well when maxed first as long as you can get 3 hits off on one target often enough. Rushing Phantom Dancer on Vayne and Kog'Maw has become fairly common in high level tournament play (as demonstrated in the recent IPL5) and isn't exactly breaking news. You shouldn't necessarily build that way every game, but it's certainly viable and effective.

Also you should never build BT into IE. That's awful.

First off, People aren't going to like this, because you have 19-11-0 masteries; that's just silly :I.
Second, The W proc doesn't have devastating dmg until your late game.
Third, Getting PD as your first item is the worst thing for a ad carry to do, you have no dmg at all and it could be a problem in team fights; it should be boots, 2 dorans, zerkers, Blood thirster, PD or IE, Last whisper, GA, and whatever else you feel like. You should really take a look at a comprehensive vayne guide and do your research. I give this a thumbs down.

I personally build a phantom dancer first because your upon gives you good damage and I don't get into many fight early and a PD is good for pushing lanes and farming, which is what I typically do afterward. I don't build BT immediately because PD IE gives you SOOOOO much damage. Also.. I am new so I don't know much about guide making. The opictures I used for items and skills seemed bulky to me. I checked other guides and they had smaller images. Where can I find these smaller images? And thank you for your feedback I will fix my error tomorrow ;)

Its a fine start, but require comment to vote. in the sections, you may want to use the coding "[{ ]}" to make sure people can read it, also, rushing Phantom Dancer is bad idea, you can auto attack all you want, but u need damage from Bloodthirster more

I personally think that you should get the Bloodthirster before the Phantom dancer, because that speed isn't really important till you get the damage from the Bloodthirster. Also you messed up your skill order, you only two for "R" and 6 "E" :]
