Usally while getting items you should buy a b.f. sword to help with ur damage output as to help ur team more in team fights or 1v1's just to have that little +50 attack damage. after i finished getting all of those i usually sell the dorans blade and get another phantom dancer that is if they havent surrendered to ur team yet(usually ends around time u get frozen mallet)

For runes i realy dont know what to get for him but i like the extra 50% damage u get from crits with the critical strike runes

The bank is a little gank me and my friends attempt from time to time on the bannana shaped islands on the middle section in between top and bot on the enemy side u can usually expect one person from this gank and if know one u can always quickly gank top lane for a quick FB and then get on ur lanes
