There are a few things i can disagree with involving the build and these things are mostly preference. I prefer 0/9/21 masteries because biscuits make laning phase easier even more so with alchemist, the movement speed helps with chase and getting back to lane faster, your base turtle stance lifesteal and the lifesteal from masteries actually give you more base lifesteal than a bork, not to mention the spellvamp will give you even more sustain, then there is the 5% cooldown reduction and the 20% cooldown reduction on activated items like bork or randuins or zz'rot portal, then there is just the plain passive tankiness you get from having 9 in the defense skill tree. Next, I dont like that you interchange points between phoenix and turtle when maxing one skill first reduces the mana cost faster, this coupled with biscuits buffed by alchemist remove almost all mana problems udyr has in lane making manamune an inefficient item compared to other items like bork, zephyr, etc. Also I dont like how you left tenacity out of your "vs ad build" when tenacity is one of the most important stats on udyr especially in this CC heavy meta whether youre team fighting or split pushing. I'm not sure if you just havent tried maxing different stances first, but maybe give it a try maxing one stance at a time. Turtle if youre against a lane bully like nidalee or gnar, then max phoenix/tiger depending on weather or not you want to push hard or have better team fight pressure and just flip it if youre against someone you can just beat up like a riven. Correct me on any of this if I'm wrong or out of line, but maybe you can improve from this, or maybe I'm 100% off. You should include how to zone effectively with udyr. Just keep your bear stance active and as soon they want to cs, walk to them with speed from phage, stun em and go crazy on their face. Works very well against riven and other champions

It can be definetly a good item on him. Recently the item got buffed aswell, but actually I'm not really building it, because I have too less experience with that Item and you have a good splitpushing power without it regardless.

How do you feel about building a Zz'rot portal on him?
