Would it still be beneficial for Boots of Mobility? I understand the movement out of combat but just wondering if Swiftness could work better in an overall sense.

Dead Man's plate is not really a melee item, it still gives a lot of health, armor and movespeed. The only melee benefit is that it gives you some damages when it stacks.
Guardian Angel is a nice choice too, however it depends on the ennemy team, and I think Malmortius and Mercurial provides enough magic resists.
Lord Van Damm's Pillager is a 3v3 item, on Twisted Treeline, and isn't available in Summoner's Rift.

Dead Man's Plate is a melee item, with wasted stats on Quinn; get a Guardian Angel, and Lord Van Damm's Pillager is amazing on Quinn.

Hi! I like the overall strategy your guide suggests, however can you explain to me the logic in buying vampiric sceptre if you don't suggest anything to build it into? Seems like a waste of gold.
