Have you ever considered putting 3 skill points into E first and then maxing W,Q,E? This is to promote faster wave clear when you use E, R on caster and then finishing melee minions with auto attacks. Having Tear would also give it plenty of stacks and your mana regen helps to maintain your mana pool from levels 6-mid/late game. I've only done this with an AP/AD hybrid build for Kog'Maw where I build AP early like Nashor's and Gunblade for wave clear and then transition to AD and Attack Speed items later into the game to become a hybrid. I based the build on Riot's Kog'Maw video as well as normal ADC Kog'Maw builds and some AP Kog'Maw builds.

Also, what would you say to having smite in bot lane for Kog'Maw so you could use Bloodraizor?

Hey man really nice guide. Really admire the effort and time put into it. I do have a question though regarding kogmaw. Do you think kogmaw jungle can still be viable? I practically got to platinum by simply playing kogmaw jungle and I absolutely loved it. I'm kind of disappointed they reverted him back to his prior state. I still think he would be decent with the attack speed jungle item and could perhaps be a late game monster again n the jungle stage.
