Just like any other ADC you're gonna wanna take the traditional 18/12/0 for masteries.
For runes take attack speed reds and quints, armor yellows, and magic resist blues.

You're gonna want to buy Dorans blade, a health pot, and a warding totem.

first back buy a serrated dirk and standard boots

second back you should have enough to buy youmuu's ghostblade and berserkers greaves.

third back should get you a phantom dancer

fourth back is a bloodthirster

fifth back take an infinity edge

on your last back sell your dorans blade and buy that frozen mallet baby

if your game hasn't ended by then buy an elixir of wrath

Q~Spinning Axe

THIS IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT ABILITY
listen up and listen well, this could mean the difference between winning and losing your game.
when you auto attack the spinning axe will land whichever direction you are moving before the axe hits your targeted enemy. So use this knowledge to your advantage, this is what separates a good draven from a **** draven.

W~ Blood Rush

activating this ability grants you increased movement speed for 1.5 seconds and increased attack speed for 3 seconds
Whenever you catch an axe this ability refreshes

E~ Stand Aside

This is a crucial ability, it slows for 2 seconds and knocks the enemy aside based on the way you cast it.
Really long range and essential in his kit

R~ Whirling Death

God I ****ing love this ability

Whirling Death can be used for executing a low health enemy, stealing baron's or dragons (By far my favorite use for it), and even stopping recalls for clutch backdoors.

Overall Draven dominates the bot lane, and if you can synergize well with your support, winning lane won't be a problem.

Tips to remember

Catch your axes
Stand Aside well
Use Blood Rush all the damn time (specially while kiting)
Make use of Whirling Death at all times.

I climbed from bronze to Gold in a month with just Draven and I'm currently making my way up to plat for season 7

Amazing mobility
Great crowd control for an ADC
Near perfect early, mid, and late game

Cons

Crowd control is the biggest cuck

Farming

make sure to stack your passive as much as you can while farming
honestly farming with Draven isn't necessary because of the passive
