VEIGAR BUILD

He wont be so strong when you get the first 2 itens but when you get the first 4 itens the things will change, and before you get everything you will start killing enemy champions and the Mejai´s Soulstealer and the Baleful Strike will make you about 200 AP more without counting the itens.
