Thanks for explaining Time Bomb things! Is the idea to take 4 CDR/LVL to get 5 (6.68)%+5% from = a total of around 10%? Or could I take 6 Scaling CDR to get 10%?

Yep it matters. If you are playing Zil you have to caltulate even about 5 HP.
Same for ADC, 1 crit rune is fine, crit will come up on time just when you need it.

Heya! I just had a quick look at your cheat sheet and noticed the sole Magic Resist rune. Do you notice the extra 1.34 MR? Is it sort of like having 1 crit chance rune for an ADC?
