her long range counters you really hard and can stop you from doing the exact thing you're supposed to do. Poke. She has alot of cc for an adc so if she can hit you with her trap or her net you have already lost that trade. Try to all in with your support when her passive is not up, it's more important to dodge her cc than to catch your axes because it recharges her passive. Try to win your lane and finish as fast as possible.
Vayne
You outscale vayne in earlygame but if you cant stomp on her completely in laningphase you will regret it in lategame. You have to crush her in early game and finish as fast as possible because if she gets 2 or 3 items she will try to 1v1 every other champion on your team and get fed in lategame. Try not to get hit into a wall by her E since that will pretty much kill you if shes with a lux or morgana support. Stand away from walls in fights against her.
Jhin
This shouldnt be too hard if you're comfortable with Draven and landing axes in fast pace situations. Try to punish him everytime he goes for farm, ECXEPT when he has his 4th auto. When hes burned his 4th auto try to poke him with a W,Q combo. If you win your lane all you have to do is go with your team and get even stronger. He will almost never make a comeback after a loss in lane.
Ashe
You can trade farely easy in earlygame. watch out for her lvl 6 powerspike. That ult can lock you down and give her a free kill, which also means you will loose alot of stacks. Be sure that she has already used ult or have flash up before fighting her in a 2v2. If she wins lane she will be almost unstoppable to you. Though if you win, she'll be like a fly on the wall.
Miss Fortune
I really dont have to saym much here. Be sure to dodge her Q as that is the only threat to you in early. You can easily kill her before lvl 6. After you should always be able to flash out of her ult or already have baited it out of her.
Jinx
Jinx is really easy to lane against. her W is easy to dodge so she has almost no poke. Her Q costs mana to use so she wont have that up alot, and she cant trade with you anyways so you will for the most see her throw her E down and run if you try to trade with her. bait her E out and go for an all in. If you have a hook support that would be perfect.
Tristana
Shes really weak herself in earlygame. Her synergy with other champions is just insane. Try to poke her alot since she doenst have alot more than her bomb to trade with. Also before going all in bait out her w so she cant escape.
Varus
Poke from his q and e is very annoying. His ult is good at locking you down, but if you can dodge it you can easily kill him.
Ezreal
Ezreal is very weak earlygame, which is the exact oppisite of Draven. You will stomp him by poking and dodging his W+Q combo. When fighing him make sure he doesnt have E up.
Kai'Sa
You outdamage kaisa in earlygame. She has alot of mobility when she hits lvl 6 so be careful if walking away from a fight with her stacks on you. She can dash over to you if you're alone and get a free kill. She has a small range so you can easily poke her down in laningphase.
Kalista
Kalista is very weak atm so you should easily kill her early, but its said that she will make a big comeback in season 10 so watch out for that.
Lucian
Lucian is not very strong himself but if he has a hook support like thresh with him he can easily snowball you and kill again and again.
Twitch
The only annoying thing about twitch is his Q. He can easily sneak up on you or get away from you. In earlygame he has no poke apart from his E so hes not that big of a thread
Xayah
Xayah can rute you if she pulls back 3 feathers at you, but if you stay away from them you can easily kill her.
Kog'Maw
If you have a tanky support with you he will tank the damage kogmaw sends out. Kogmaw does no damage in lategame so he shouldnt be a problem there.
Sivir
Sivirs poke is really annoying. Her Q does ton of damage early. If she has a cc support it will be hard to farm against her but if not you can win in 2v2.
Thresh
You two have a really good earlygame together, which is ideal for Draven. Look for a lvl 2 all in against most champions. If you're against someone like tristana make sure that she cant just jump away. You can decide if Thresh should be the one to take the first move or if you want to engage first.
Morgana
Many people would say that morgana is the best pick with a Draven because of her blackshield that can stop Draven from being locked down. Shes kinda tricky to rate tho because in this elo alot of people dont know how to play her, so she can either be the best combination to Draven or not so good.
Yuumi
I personally love playing with a yuumi. She doesnt have a big spike before lvl 6 when she gets her ult, but her buffs really gives Draven a big advantage. Those buffs make you able to win fights even tho your support "isnt really there". If you can dodge cc you'll win most fights.
Soraka
Soraka gives Draven alot of sustain and she is a big help against hard poke matchups. Thats just about it tho. She isnt that good at helping you to stomp the lane as cc- and hook supports.
Lulu
Lulu is really strong with Draven. Her E, W and R will save you from dying in fights many times. As soon as she hits lvl 6 you should be a beast in lane because of her insane buffs that makes you unstoppable
Leona
Leona is like a dream for a Draven. Godlike cc and shes tanky as hell. She is the perfect support for Draven because shes able to perma stun the enemy. Wait for her calls.
Janna
Ive never met a good janna player in this elo. Shes good at messing up your ult by using her own ult. Shes also very good at ulting enemies into you to give them a free kill. Her shield is good tho and gives you some sustain in fights.
Blitzcrank
Blitz is not the best combo. He has a good hook and knockup but in many cases a blitzcrank will steal your kills with his ult, which can be really bad for Draven.
Nami
Nami is kind of a hyprid support. She has alot of poke, cc and sustain. She is just as good as leona in my oppinion but in another way. Her ult is great in escapes, engages and teamfights.

Im a Gold ADC main from EUW. In this season i would test my skills after a 1 year break. I started from Iron IV and climbed all the way to Gold III. In this process i got back my muzzle memory, tactics and gamesense just by playing, watching and reading guides like this one. At this point im really comfortable with Draven, and i know how to adapt from the situations im being placed in.
Be welcome to give a vote and a comment if you want to. Im up for debate.
If you're higher elo and you see something wrong it's most likely because im specifying this guide for golden players to climb.
