I would recommend to take Magic Resist Glyphs instead of Armor, too. Well, just take a look at Searz Rune guide.
Anyways, your build is not bad. But it's true you lack some info on your playstyle. How do you have to play Shen? How to initiate and when? ...

can;t u like explain a little more on the items ... or make a section for the items.
it doesn't sux ... :P just the items try like saying get Heart Of Gold first then mayb a gaint belt .. its an eg ....
