You say nothing but the masteries are set in stone but I don't think you have put too much thought into them. Or at least it doesn't appear to be the case. You have --maybe-- CDR boots and no CDR otherwise. No where in your guide do you mention blue buff so I'm going to assume that you do (since you should with this build). As such, drop a point in good hands and a point in greed (180g over a 30 minute game? and put 2 points into utility mastery. 3:15 buff is much more desirable than a 2:30 buff.

Overall, I don't think this build offers anything that another guide doesn't cover.

Pretty new to Lol ( Level 22) and I love lux and gave this build a try. I absolutely love it. One thing I like doing is hitting like a truck and firing lasers, this build satisfies both those needs. One thing I did do though is I tossed an archangel staff in there after I snagged my death cap. I'm gonna have a blast playing with this build, thanks alot !

I agree with you 100% on the boot choice. I included the Lucidity boots for newer players that were having trouble with when to use skills so they aren't on cooldown when they need them most in teamfights. You are right however, that 20 magic pen will reduce people to almost 0 MR if they don't have Merc Treads or MR runes.


I don't however, agree with the Mejai's. I personally build one instead of the second Doran's ring but the type of people that use this guide probably aren't going to see themselves getting full stacks or enough to make it slightly better than a blasting wand. That being said, thank you for your comment! I'll include my normal build in either this guide or a a completely different one if people express enough interest.

You can get a 30 sec CD on the lazer if you rock blue buff and blue elixir. The 20 magic pen on lux is much more worth it early and later game than the CDR. Also, if you're using a mejai you will be at max (24 sec CD) if you have a 20 stack. It's not worth it to grab the boots. The more penetration will give you much better killing potential, and you already are going to be nearly max CDR.
