I use this build every time I just want to own with top score. Last one was 13/10/13 against evil casters... I use desolation marks and quints, armor seals and mr glyphs with 24/6/0 masteries. Doesn't really change much, just what I have at my disposal. Sion doesn't need too much planning, I usually pick him when there's space for a melee dps and I've lost too many matches in a row... hehe.

This build works perfect! I went 25/8/5 & TWO QUADS with this! The only way I can die mid/late game is if I'm being CC'd by 4-5 champions. I do have some things different than yours though. & I think you should try it out sometime. ^^ I do the exact same item build, & masteries build. I have different runes & summoner spells though. I'm only level 27, but for Runes I use - x9 Greater Mark of Desolation, x8 Greater Seal of Resilience, x8 Greater Glyph of Shielding, x2 Greater Quintessence of Desolation. & for summoner spells I use Garrison & Surge. Garrison is amazing because I can jump on a turret with 4 enemy champions & activate Garrison, Surge & ult & just murder them all. The life steal from my ult, plus the speed from Surge works wonders! It's how I got my quad. How beast would you feel picking up a quad 1v4 on their turret? ;) Almost all of my deaths was turret diving or getting cc'd in 1v4's. 1-2 of them beginning game.
