Frozen mallet is greatly inferior to Rylai's. Also there is ways to start at lvl 1 with both disciplines, see the rune set up in my guide(it also allows you to start with doran's blade giving you more hp than the hp quins), you would also have to change the spec slightly. Haunting guise is also quite useless and expensive for its benefits(see https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AgkZeJlTYX-odHNmeXlsU21xRXBnUmFwS3BLb1pLdGc&hl=en#gid=0 ). Same goes for deathfire's grasp since you do not benefit from all of its stats, hextech is a much better choice. I would also drop the 21 point defense talent in exchange for the 15% magic pen from the offense tree(if you are gonna use this spec and rune set up that is).
