I know that, but this is just my standard, if I don't require anything special.
As for damage, you've obviously never seen this. Also, I don't die in less than a second, and you probably do :)

You can't build evelynn with that much attack speed, you lose so much dmg compared to going full AD/AP. And you can't only have 1 build, there is no 1 build with any champ, you need to assess the situation and counter the enemy team's comp.
