Not much to say this is a just a very standard ADC build, however you should include Statikk Shiv and Randuin's Omen as optional items at the start of your guide as both are good options.
Also while this might be up to preference I believe that Statikk Shiv is a better option than Phantom Dancer in most situations as Phantom Dancer is only better late game while Shiv is better at earlier stages of the game providing you with additional wave clear and burst damage.

Your runes are fine, but I would like to know what you think about running a few Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration for sustaining your mana when you are spamming your abilities in the laning phase to harass your opponents or simply to push the waves.
Your masteries are also good with the exception of Warlord which is a terrible mastery even if used as a filler to get to the other masteries. This is due to it working based of your Bonus AD as opposed to your Total AD which means it will only give you around 11 AD when you reach full build if you invest 3 mastery points into it, so you are much better off taking Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving as they will provide you more damage at all stages of the game.

The only thing worth mentioning here is that you should consider taking Barrier over Heal if you are facing opponents that have abilities which reduce healing effects such as Tristanas Explosive Shot or Miss Fortunes Impure Shots.

I think you should include Randuin's Omen among the defensive item choices as well as explaining that Blade of the Ruined King also provides you with extra dueling and kiting power, since right now it's portrayed as a completely worthless item when compared to Bloodthirster which is not quite true.

When leashing for your jungler there's no real reason not to use Piltover Peacemaker on the buff along side your AAs, since it will be off cooldown by the time you get to lane.

Another big thing is you should decide how big of a leash you are going to give to your jungler based on which route you are going to take to your lane as the 1st melee minion dies at 2:13-2:17 determined randomly without anyone influencing the wave, so you must be in lane at 2:13 just to be safe and the 2 routes take different amounts of time to complete. For Purple side the safe route takes around 14s to complete while the unsafe route takes around 11s and for the Blue side the safe route takes around 16s while the unsafe route takes 12s, so this is what you should base your leash time on.

You made a mistake when calculating how many minions it takes to reach level 2, since you didn't take into the account that you get less experience when sharing it with your support.It takes the full first wave of experience and 3 melee minions from the second wave or 6 melee and 3 caster minion to reach level 2 in a duo lane.

Another important thing to remember when playing in the bottom lane is that you should inform your jungler whenever you see your lane recalling as this often creates an opportunity to take dragon while the enemy team is undermanned in the bottom half of the map.Also you should mention that keeping your jungler up to date on your opponents ward placements as well as which summoner spells they have used is extremely important.

Taking your tower should only be priority if the rest of your team is not doing well, if not you should keep building your lead over your opponents in the bottom lane.
