Introduction
Runes: I have taken Armor Penetration Marks because they help him jungle as they make him him that little bit harder, they also make his damage to champions higher and help with ganking, another alternative is Attack Speed but these don't give him the extra damage.
I have taken Attack Speed for the rest of the runes to make him hit faster in the jungle, making his route faster and making him benefit more from his passive.
Masteries: I have taken 21/0/9 masteries because I think the extra AS, Crit, Armor Penetration are too good to pass up, Yes, you can get those if you got for a 9/21/0, but you won't be able to get the extra 4% Magical or Physical damage with those mastery builds, but too be honest, masteries are personal preference. I have also taken the 9 points in utility because it gives the extra XP gain, the extra buff duration and the extra speed/duration on ghost.
Items: I start off with a Cloth Armor and 5 Health Potions, standard starting items for a jungler.
When I have reached 700 gold(or there abouts) I will recall to buy my Madred's Razors, this item makes jungling a breeze for any champion, pretty standard item too I thought.
Next I buy Boots of Speed for faster mobility around the jungle and as much of my Wriggle's Lantern as is possible, be it Vampiric Scepter or the whole thing, this makes jungling a hell of a lot easier for most junglers too, the lifesteal means that you won't have to buy any more health potions.
Next is the boots of your choice, you don't have to buy Berserker's Greaves, it's just a personal preference of mine, if they have a lot of CC then opt for the Mercury's Treads, if they have a lot of Auto Attack damage champions you could opt for Ninja Tabi.
After that I go for a Zeal for extra Attack Speed and Movement Speed, they crit is also nice and helps make this build.
Then I usually buy either a B.F Sword for the extra damage due to my AD being a bit low for my liking.
Afterwards I got and finish the Phantom Dancer that I started to build previously, for all the same reasons as the Zeal.
Next I would buy an Infinity Edge to make more use of the Phantom Dancer and enable you to 3 hit those pesky squishies on the enemy team.
After that I build a Banshee's Veil to stop a pesky spell from hitting me every 45 seconds, imagine there's a tryndamere chasing you, Banshee's comes up just as he slows you, then you can just laugh in his face.
Then Guardian's Angel is built, this allows you to get focused, die and still pwn afterwards, what more could you want?
If I ever get this far into my games I would normally sell my Wriggle's Lantern and then I buy a Bloodthirster, it's just an upgrade of Wriggle's imho, just without the Armor and the chance to 1 shot minions
Summoner Spells: I have chosen Ghost because it gives you a big increase in speed(to my already amount), I also take Smite because it's a standard Jungler Summoner Spell
