A Little Info About How I Play Sin
This build is not a tank build for Lee Sin. I do not find building Sin even a little tanky viable for any team. Sin is a jump-in, do damage, get out champion. I play Sin with huge damage and chasing ability.
Exhaust Now, i know what you're thinking, "OMFG He usues exhaust, What a womanly thing to do. He must be the worst player evar!" But I'm really not, I just like cutting the idea of Tryndamere critting me for 3. I also use it as a tool to catch those pesky opponents and show them who is boss.
Ignite Ignite to me is a situational spell on Sin. If you have a mundo against you, or that damn warwick. Then you should probably take this spell to counter them.

While playing sin, I choose to max out Sonic Wave/ Resonating Strike first, because that is my main chasing ability and when you can chase while doing tons of damage is always a plus
Now we get into how to play lee sin. Start off with buying a Doran's Blade and head to your lane. Put a point into sonic wave. Not many champs are as strong as lee sin early game, so be aggressive. It is worth working for first blood. After first blood goes to you, begin to work on farming as much as possible. Your build is very expensive so you will need the gold.
By now, you should at least have your boots and phantom dancer. With those items, begin to gank for you teammates and help them push their lanes, because they are not as good at it as you are. When no opponents are on the map, and all the towers are being pushed, head to dragon with your team or into the jungle for the extra gold. However, don't be the "Oh my god our tower is being pushed, I should go kill those golems that spawned across the map." Be aware of what is happening
This is where lee sin shines. With all of your items you will be 3-shotting the squishie members of the enemy team with no problem. Your life steal will keep you alive while fighting anybody at all. You will be attacking very fast and hitting very hard at all times. Tanks stand no chance, and neither does anyone else. Now, what should your strategy be? Look at your map, is anyone on their team alone? If yes, hide behind a wall or in a bush near them, Sonic Wave to them, then auto-attack and tempest/cripple them to ensure that they don't get away.
So, your team gets into a fight, what is your role, your role is much like jax's. You get to the back of the enemy team and destroy the carries, if they have a trynd (Or any other auto-attacking carry), ult him away from your team to stop him from killing all of you.
