Stars Hunter's Machete + Five Health Potions. Try to get boots, vampiric scepter, and spirit stone early on (shouldn't take long). Afterwards you want to rush Warmogs + Boots 2 (probably mercury treads, unless they are heavy AD, then get Ninja Tabi). Following that, Move onto upgrading your Vampiric Scepter to a Bloodthirster. Build a Black Cleaver next for more damage and to negate the armour the other team is probably building at this point. Work on getting a Frozen mallet afterwards. Start it with a Giants Belt if you are in need of more tankyness, or Phage for slightly more damage. Finish the build off by selling your spirit stone for a Guardian Angel.
