I'm trying the same on Varus, the burst damage potential is very scary. But the problem is the proper execution, before you get executed yourself. Runaan's plus BotRK combo, in my opinion is really good especially on our purple topless sulky friend. +1
EDIT: My game approach is something like this; Poke with Q, when a fight breaks I move a bit away attack once then E, attack again for a few times then R to consume W marks again, then I use the BotRK active for more damage and for the heal, if the enemy are moving away I try to anticipate their next location, charge Q and release it on stragglers. If I get ambushed by someone like Talon or Pantheon, I use my BotRK then E, if I can kill him/her I give chase unless I'm aware that enemies are coming.
My early gets pretty bad at times so I'd rather not tell, the only times its good are the times when I get early kills. I get E first btw, I find it more versatile than Q just saying.
