Items

You can follow this build and approaching level 14 - 16 sell your Doran's Blades for better Items and if you want to you can replace the rod of age for a more dps style of gameplay for now I've played it vs bots and if your well fed then you shall be legendary. The game was against bots in Co-op vs Ai (intermediate) There ya go :P

PS: By the end of the game I couldn't get to buy the Rabadon's Deathcap so yeah I had the money but not the time to go and buy it.

PS.S : Try to always have a few Health Potions with you :P

Runes

I just find it useful to begin with more damage and armor pen then to start off with nothing

Farming

Try mostly to last hit like always do not push since your alot squishy .

Team Work

In team fights don't engage wait for a support to jump in before you do or else it might get you killed . Playing as Annie try mostly to deal some damage without loosing too much health.

Pros / Cons

You deal lots of damage but your kinda squishy if you can stack your stun fast then you might be able to win most of your battles even 1 vs 2 depends if your fed
