AD Annie has strong early game just because she got stun on every 4th skill.
If you combine your stun with stun of your support like LEONA or maybe BLITZ..gg early and possible late game.

Annie can easy farm if she use well her Q.

Farm minions with Q till you don't stack on your stun then combine with your support and burst down enemy.

Pedo-bear and W global stun
CONS:Low HP on start
Greedy

If you play due with your friend always prefer to use support with heavy CC.
in SOLO Q ppl will think you troll if you pick AD Annie.
