Thanks for the feedback. Where i am now, i feel like wriggles is a decent choice since i almost never have enough gold to buy trinity force, IE, and Bloodthirster and im also not at the level where wards are a huge necessity. So just in my experience wriggles works decently (its also good for farming minions, dragon, getting buffs), although i can definitely see that changing in the future. I also feel that ghost is good enough for outrunning people in emergencies. Other than that, you have arcane shift which is great in the jungle and great for getting a jump in chasing or getting away. Arcane shifting across the map would be very expensive in terms of mana.

I used to play a lot of AD ezreal before all the nerfs that ruined his ad abilities and this build looks ok, but it has some flaws. wriggles lantern is not good on ez as it is small damage and life steal you would be much better off getting a blood thirster and wards. For boots in my opinion unless they have lots of CC in that case i get merc treads, but normaly i get boots of swiftness as he doesnt have great move speed unless you go down utility and with boots of mobility as soon as your hit its hard to out run people. Also as your have your arcane shift to cross the map you dont need the extra move speed. Im not going to vote down on this yet if you make some improvements ill posibly give it a thumbs up.
