Well this is my first build here so feel free to give criticism, please don't down-rate without a comment/criticism.

Ive played Miss Fortune as full AD since she came out. Ive seen too many AS Miss Fortunes and absolutely no AP ones (which I think could be a very viable build). I will try not to write a wall of text.


RUNE CHOICE:
These runes are so far my best choice. The added MP regen will help late game and the Ar-Penetration will help early to late game(You're Double Up will hit true damage on a squishy possibly even a tank early game). CD Reduction is an obvious choice.

ITEM BUILD:
The first item is a Manamune, it hasn't been added to the database yet I will add it soon as I can to the build. Merc Treads are my preferred choice because Miss Fortune is rather squishy (Mobility, Swiftness, even Berserker's can be used). Frozen Mallet is for the slow along with more HP. 2 Bloodthirsters and a Black Cleaver will get you to 400+ AD, you're ultimate will absolutely devastate squishy champs especially near your towers. Example, they have a minion wave and all you have to do is Bullet Time and the wave will be gone and the turret will hit them at least once. (Make It Rain works fine once at level 18)

MASTERY TREE:
A 21/0/9 build seems to be best since you don't need the added CD reduc or regen from Utility. Nothing from Defensive is needed at all.

SKILL SEQUENCE:
Kinda stole this from Ekirei's build because I haven't memorized when you can level up what. But I also use about the same sequence. (I sometimes don't even get Make It Rain till level 13, it's all personal choice really)
