Miss Fortune has been getting a lot of attention lately for her various features that make her invaluable for harassing, pushing, ganking, and team fighting. I have read other Miss Fortune guides and I found that there are some issues that need to be addressed, so I decided to make my own AD Miss Fortune Build!
Best escape skill in game.
Very good skill against other physical DPS characters such as Master Yi, Tristana, and Warwick. Can be used as an offensive weapon or to escape.
Another very good escape skill. Requires more skill to use. Good combination with Ghost.
Good early game, usefulness decreases later on. Good for finishing off damaged champions.
Good for ganking and farming uncontested minion fields. Can be useful.
Armor Penetration. Miss Fortune's Q, W passive, and R never crit, so Critical Chance is out of the question. Armor Penetration does more than increased attack damage. Highly recommended.
Mana Regeneration per level. This allows Miss Fortune to spam skills without Clarity, freeing up a summoner skill slot. Invaluable.
21/0/9 is probably the best choice.
Keep in mind that Miss Fortune's skills have an AP modifier in addition to an AD modifier and her ultimate is a magical skill. Consequently, Archmage's Savvy, Archaic Knowledge, and Havoc are all really good masteries for Miss Fortune. Since most of the time this champion does not crit since we are not making an autoattack build, Deadliness and Lethality are not that useful.
In utility, Haste will help out Ghost and the rest help out with mana.
Miss fortune gains a speed boost after 7 seconds of being out of not being hit. It increases every second to a maximum of +80 speed.
This makes Miss Fortune one of the fastest champions. With this, it is very easy to kite and avoid skillshots from champions such as Anivia, Kog Maw, and Ezreal. Also useful in ganking since you can get from one lane to another very very fast.
Q) Double Up
Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+1 per attack damage) as physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first target
This will be your main harassment skill early game. This gives Miss Fortune amazing range and does a ton of damage. This is very useful in hitting an escaping champion that is being shielded by his teammate. Don't be afraid to use it on your target though; the first shot still does very good damage.
W) Impure Shots
Passive: Increases Miss Fortune's damage on her target by 6/8/10/12/14(+5% of ability power) with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times.
Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30/35/40/45/50% for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received by the target by 50%
The passive of this skill is great for fighting enemy champions with autoattack while your Q is on cooldown. The active of this skill is like a less effective hybrid of Tristana's Rapid Fire and Explosive Shot.
Keep in mind that On-Hit effects with Miss Fortune applies for both hits in Q. Using W in combination with Q will cause the 2nd target to receive reduced healing as well.
E) Make It Rain
Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing 95/155/210/275/335(+80% of ability power) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds.
This skill is modified most heavily by AP. As a result, it is not much of note in this build. It is mostly used for it's slow, which can be used for escaping. It can also be used to keep your enemies within your ultimate for a little while longer. Always try to use E right before using R.
The AoE effect of this spell also allows you to check bushes for enemies. If hit by E, you can target them with Q and W.
R) Bullet Time
Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 60/85/110 plus the higher value between (+20% Ability Power) or (+50% Weapon damage) as magic damage per bullet, hitting up to 8 times to each target.
Miss Fortune's ultimate is great in team fights. If built correctly, it can reduce enemy champion's health by half of their maxHP with ease. Again, always try to use E and or to use Exhaust before casting the ultimate as it allows more of your hits to land.
