First hit, cloak in with your "Q" behind the target, then slice them in the back, causing u to do about 335% of your AD

45% BONUS from your runes
50% BONUS from your Infinity Edge
20% BONUS from your Passive]

At the END OF YOUR BUILD and maxed BTs you should have about 400 AD
which means OVER 1350 DMG IN ONE HIT!
The following hit will do around 350-450 damage

Dealing about 2,000 damage in 2 hits now, because of your Blood thirsters you can deal damage and stay in the fight for so long.
Shiv also helps u prevent from dying, it deals bonus damage and possible blinding to an enemy hit by you in normal hits or shiv itself.


ALL YOUR TOTAL DAMAGE

Madred's 4% of max health of enemy being hit
I.E. + Deceive + Runes + Passve 335% of your AD
Shiv passive Little extra damage and possibility to blind.

This build I would recommend for any shaco, except obviously AP shaco which is now completely nerf'd. HOWEVER: Do not use these runes on shaco for anything except this specific build!
Maybe mess with it a little with Phantom Dancer and more AD items and Crit chance items.

Just replace the Lantern with your last bloodthirster.
