Good build, i gave you a +1 you have the right mind set.
But I would make some changes, the masteries should be fixed and runes as well.
And Why not swap frozen mallet with trinity force?

Yeah, killing minions fast really helps on Mid, especially helps your enemy.
I'd consider Frozen Mallet way earlier, Fate is a free kill until he hits almost full build (and unless he is AP, then he can kill the potential attacker).

That's exactly why I made this build... get the malady about lvl 8 and you will be able to make kills without dying
Also, read the build before you comment... I totally did not say you should push mid...

Not a bad build, but....
26 points into offensive tree? Really not necessary. I see you put points into Lethality, yet i see no items nor runes that give any crit chance, so what's the point of extra crit dmg? You can scratch 3 points out of Lethality and 2 out of Deadliness and put them somewhere in the utility tree. Extra XP, mana regen is more useful IMO.

In-game I have 12% crit chance, this can be more useful than mana I can regen with Blue card (and yet have via my runes) and experience which I have enough of because i'm mostly playing mid and because i can kill minions very fast.

PS: Signapez is just a friend of mine who wants to make me look bad ^^
