You should go to the bot lane and stick around with your support to get gold and kills until you reach level 6 then go back to base and start building. The first thing you are going to want to max out is your Q, then your R. Then after those are maxed out you have two ways you can do it max out E or max or your W first. Doesn't really matter with a good support you can get 35 kills in one game as long as you stay alive long enough to get the kills.
