Pretty ok? Hmmm, thanks? LOL! I don't get bootss because the Rylai's will slow them down and the Lich Bane will speed you up. It becomes balanced. Except you also get more AP so it is a bit more on your side. When I use Spirit Rush I normally use it to doge skill shots. Once I was playing with my brother who thought he was pretty good with Sejuani. I dodged his Ultimate by Spirit Rush behing him and around in a circle. I am doing some testing still so things will possibly change.

This guide looks pretty ok, but why no boots?
i would say that snowballing on Ahri isn't really good, because you are squishy, so try and change the mejai's out with another item. another thing, i would take the WoA a bit earlier for some sustain in the laning phase, or maybe just the revolver
