Quick silver sash or Zhonya's Hourglass all depends on the match and enemy team composition and If the other team is heavy in burst dps it might be more beneficial to go for Rylai's Scepter before Hextech Revolver spell vamp wont be to useful if your being bursted down before you get your health back
