Ive used the second build a few times now, and i gotta say i really like it, as long as im careful i dont die, and all the attack speed increases make popping in and killing squishier champs very easy and quick.

Yeah now I know that exhaust doesn't blind ty anyway =P
and I did know the B.C. did give attack speed, I just forgot that when I wrote the guide =P

First point. "The blind is just a cherry on top of the brownie fudge sundae." This was used to describe Exhaust, which no longer blinds. Kinda deceptive. :P

Secondly. You forgot to mention that Akali is a great ganker once she has her Ultimate. With the 3 stacks of it, she can pop over walls with it, Throw your mark, Use crescant slash, Auto attack, and repeat. Don't forgot to throw down the shroud if you need the extra armour or slow. Also, be careful using this around multiple guys, unless in a teamfight where you're team is winning. Silences can quickly ruin this. :P

Thirdly. Flash is rather useful on Akali. If you use your Ultimate to kill a recalling opponent in turret range, then flash out, you take minimal damage. Although flashing to simply kill one guy is kind of wasteful in my opinion. Then there's retreating. Throw down a shroud, then flash over a wall and stuff. They won't see it, and will assume you're still there. That's just my opinion anyway. Either way, I'll use this and let you know how it goes for me.

EDIT: It seems like your knowledge is outdated in general, as the Black Cleaver also boosts Attack speed, which you didn't mention in the Third build.
