Mark ok the Assasin give 50x2 flat at level 1 and it's better to actualy get all 3 spells and be able to start performing a rotation at lvl 3. I'm only giving recommendation if you want to do 1-3-5-7-9 it's up to you. :)

Have recently started playing Akali, so guess ill try this out :) havent tested boots of swiftness on her. kind of like mercury threads :)
