I like sheen first because it hits like a truck with mark and auto attack. once i hit 6 and i SD>Mark>AA do that twice and its 2 shotting anyone. Opening with Double mark also works wonders. Guinsoo's is cheap but i like my main focus to me Lich Bane and AP. Everything scales soo much better with more AP on Akali. AD would only really help the vamp. when your fed no ones killing you end game. Remember what marks effect reads: Akali's Melee attack against a marked target will trigger and consume the mark to cause 50-150 magic dmg +40%ap meaning its alot more efficient to AA mark targets than just AA all the time. Like i said single or double marks puts a non tank from 100%-almost no health. Hexteck cost too much for this build. If the game runs on for a long time sure, its a opt-in if anything. Void staff is also a late game option. Your right about the health runes tho. Ive noticed that i dont need them anymore. i had swapped mine out after i posted this for more AP. I get fed either way, if i get mejais or sheen first. i just prefer sheen. But try it see what you think. Thnks for your comment :)

I'm puzzled, you don't grab a Mejai's early on. Once you hit 6, you grab Shadow Dance and gank like crazy. Mejais has priority. If anything, Hextech Revolver works wonders too. Sheen isn't THAT important early game. No guinsoo's ? It works wonders with Akali. Not really sure if you need those HP seals, Rylai's should do the trick. She's not THAT squishy. Besides that, everything else looks decent.
