Start with boots and HP pots. Buy the 2 GP items early to control late game. You start with selling your Heart of Gold when you need the spots. Continue the build and the warmogs in the end is because you get alot aggro late game with your damage, you can easy pool away and use your Spell Wamp to get your HP up again and continue your killingspree!
