you aren't a very agressive akali player I guess. Choosing flash and ghost proves that :) Early game she can dish out arguably the highest dmg, that why some offensive spell would be welcome. Exhaust in case you want some more M.pen actually M.Res decrease on enemies for more dmg, or Burning Embers for that +10 AP while on cooldown which early game can grant you some nice kills. So in my opinion change Ghost to Exhaust or Ignite. And tbh Akali has to get fed during early and mid game, cause when lategame strikes and she isn't fed she can't do ****. Also i see no use of 6 Armor penetration, you won't hit that much more, and sheen, later lich bane, will provide you with enough dmg, except for your abilities ofc :)
