I have ben thinking about this hybrid jungle alistar for some time now and i though that i would share it with your all.

In runes i take
Red: Flad attack damage for better jungle.
Yellow: Flat armor for better jungle and better chances for a good gank without die.
Blue: Flat magic resist for better chances for a good gank without die.
Quintessence: Flat AP for stronger early game.

As every jungler i need smite to clear the jungle faster.
Flash is good for so many things banking chasing and getting away.

You don't need to farm with 25 gold every 10 sec so let the Ad cary farm.

By saying you don't need farm its only when you got your 3 gold items untill you have them go crazy jungle :D

Don't feed and tank everything with you ultimate :D
You need to place wards over the hole map and that is you first priority after you got the 3 gold items.
